Sometimes, you need to completely rewrite the rules of trade show participation. For the joint presence of Transmatch and SHIPIT at OSD 2025, we didn’t design a traditional booth, but an exclusive bar where relationships are built in an atmospheric and surprisingly informal setting.
The foundation of the atmosphere is the dark, industrial look. We combined a black-brick textured wall, a sleek matte bar, and metal shelving with warm wooden accents and a classic rug.
This created a stylish, urban vibe reminiscent of a trendy lounge in a bustling port city.
The stand was fully equipped as a professional bar, complete with draught beer taps, a premium selection of drinks, stylish glassware, and comfortable bar stools.
Every detail was carefully chosen to lower the threshold for visitors and encourage long-form conversations.
A bold and strategic choice was the addition of a professional table football (foosball) set. This element instantly broke the corporate ice, invited relaxation, and stimulated networking in a personal and memorable way.
Two large displays were integrated into the design, allowing both partners to showcase their digital message without disrupting the intimate lounge feel. The logos of Transmatch and SHIPIT were prominently yet elegantly displayed.
